Description
ART THE CLOWN IS BACK! Resurrected by a sinister entity, the demented killer Art the Clown returns to Miles County. With an insatiable appetite for murder and mayhem, he targets a bereaved family, focusing on teenage Sienna and her younger brother Jonathan. As Halloween approaches, the streets are set to run with blood.
